Oh, I’ve been saving up Renee + Pete’s romantic engagement photographs all winter long! (Hint-hint…I’m implying that I’d like for winter to end soon!) I’ve been working away at behind-the-scenes fun during these frigid months, and realized I need to start sharing some of these gorgeous sessions I’ve been hoarding. :)
Let’s talk about Renee and Pete for a second. I actually knew Renee and her family well starting back from when her sister got married, and when I received an email from Renee sometime last year, I’ll never forget what she said:
“I finally met the love of my life.”
Something so simple and yet so strong and exciting! Sometimes it’s easy to get swept away in the wedding world I’m surrounded by…the blogs, the gorgeous details, the planning, and then a few simple words remind you of why any of this wonderful stuff is happening all around us. Renee and Pete met doing what they’re so clearly meant to be doing–nursing–and their care for one another shines through in each of their photos. I cannot wait to spend their day with them and their amazing family this September! xoxox guys, I’m so, so happy for you both!
