Wasn’t I just posting their first birthday? Their first pictures?? When you’re pregnant, everyone tells you how quickly time will fly by with your family. They-were-not-kidding. Somehow, Zoe and Grayson are already three! Our little family has had one heck of a year from two to three. (Last year, we did not even have a party as we were in the midst of moving!) This year has had a lot of change and some growing pains, but life has been good to us in so many ways and I am so thankful for all of the blessings we have. Especially Zoe and Grayson.

A low-key celebration with our family was just right, complete with the kids’ BFFs “Peez and Pooz” (Parker and Chomper, respectfully), the grandparents, aunts, uncles, a surprise visit from Uncle Aric from Denver, and  five great-grandparents! FIVE! Zac and I also went a little overboard with their present, which is totally out-of-character for us. We’ve determined it’s that generational theory–get for your kids what you so desperately wanted when you were little and never got because it was ridiculous. Yeah, we got them a Power Wheels, because what kid from the 80s didn’t want to cruise down the street with your friends in a sweet red convertible!? Happy Birthday, Zoe and Grayson! We love you more than you will ever know!
