Lindsay and Jake!!! This engagement session deserves to start out with exclamations because Lindsay and Jake came up from their home in Chicago for their engagement session with me in the tall pines of Stevens Point, also known as my happy place!

I loved hearing about their story as a couple…long distance for years between Minnesota and Chicago, and a proposal secretly in front of their closest friends. (Sigh!) Lindsay + Jake are going to be kicking off 2016 with a New Year’s Eve winter wedding in Lake Geneva, and I cannot wait! (I owe all of my love for this little Wisconsin lake town to Melanie + Chris, for completely spoiling me in Mel’s adorable hometown for their wedding!)
